do any of the menu items come with fries?

Nope - everything is à la carte. Craving fries with your burger? Just add them on! You can build your meal exactly how you like it. Our fries are big enough to share…but no judgment if you want your own.

What is the chef’s favorite dish?

We asked Chef to name his favorite dish, and without missing a beat, he said “GUMBO!!!!” It’s a meal full of childhood memories for him - served at special occasions growing up - so adding it to the Valley Boss menu was a no-brainer. He likes his with a little extra kick, but you can make it your own.

What is the story behind the name?

It all started with a nickname. Valley Boss was a name once tied to a familiar figure in the Puyallup Valley - someone who left a lasting impression. Today, it lives on as the name of our newest food venture, rooted in the same land and spirit. The Boss Burger? Just a tribute to a favorite throwback, and a little nod to the past.

Can i pick-up my own order?

Not just yet - we’re delivery only for now! We’ve put a lot of care into testing and perfecting our packaging to make sure your meal arrives hot, fresh, and just the way Chef intended. Pick-up might be in our future, but for now, kick back, relax, and let Valley Boss come to you.
